What to expect
If you email us, we'll usually suggest a brief phone or video call to understand your situation and determine which service makes sense.
That initial conversation is exploratory. No sales pitch, no pressure to commit. Just a chance to see if we're a good fit for what you need.
If we're not the right solution, we'll tell you. If we can help, we'll explain how and what it costs.
Office visits
We're happy to meet in person at our Sydney office. Most clients prefer video meetings for convenience, but face-to-face works too.
Either way, schedule ahead. Walk-ins aren't practical given our meeting schedule.
